White Rock Lake Community Health Fair

I am teaching a class about nutrition and will cover topics about portion sizes, plant-based nutritious foods that help you feel better in addition to how to read food labels and identify ingredients that interfere with gaining optimal health. I will also share information about depression signs and symptoms, anxiety, and educate the community about abuse. Free handouts will be included to all that attend. Hope to see you there.
