Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk therapy offers sessions outdoors in local public green spaces.
What is it?
This holistic alternative provides a new approach by infusing the benefits of fresh air, vitamin D, and the added benefits of exercise into therapy sessions.
Movement-based therapy allows for dopamine and serotonin release in addition it can make it easier for some folx to discuss their thoughts and feelings. Folx may prefer to move or walk as opposed to sitting & looking at a screen.
Please note outdoor sessions are all scheduled before 4 PM* and require an additional consent form signature.
