Walk & Talk Therapy 

What’s walk-and-talk therapy?

Walk-and-talk therapy offers therapy sessions outdoors in nature in local public green spaces. This holistic alternative provides a new approach by infusing the benefits of fresh air, vitamin D and the added benefits exercise into the therapy sessions.  
Movement based therapy allows for dopamine and serotonin release in addition it can make it easier for some folx to discuss their thoughts and feelings. Folx may prefer to move or walk as opposed to sitting & looking at a screen. 

Please note outdoor sessions are all scheduled before 4 PM* and require an additional consent form signature.
